Job summary

A leading training organization is looking for a Trainer to join their team onsite in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in US or UK banking operations, particularly in training roles. Responsibilities include conducting training, managing courses, auditing performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position offers a competitive salary of up to 40,800 PHP, with a joining bonus of 40K PHP.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' work experience in US/UK banking operations and training in a call center or shared services environment.
• Basic understanding of training methodologies applied on virtual and F2F instructor-led classes.
• Good to have: Exposure to US or UK banking industry, preferably with underwriting and payouts experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct New Hire Training ensuring strong process, product, and compliance knowledge.
• Manage training batches ensuring engagement and effective delivery.
• Provide structured coaching and feedback during training and OJT.
• Audit agent cases and provide documented gap analysis.
• Maintain training records, reports, and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
