Callbox, Inc. in Western Visayas is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our onsite sales team.

You will identify, engage and qualify prospective clients to build our sales pipeline and generate qualified leads for our dynamic organization. In this full-time role you will work to establish relationships with decision-makers, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with managers to craft effective outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales development, sales consultant or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with prospects and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities for multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, target-driven team.
• CRM proficiency; Salesforce or similar platforms are advantageous.
• Resilient with a positive attitude and motivation to grow in sales.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify prospects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities via phone, email and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential clients within assigned territories and industries.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and interest using discovery conversations.
• Research and develop target account lists, identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activity in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales managers and account executives to develop outreach strategies and messaging.
• Follow up consistently with prospects through multiple channels to nurture relationships.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
• Provide feedback to management on market insights, competitor activity and opportunities identified.
• Participate in training and professional development to improve sales skills.
