Private Advertiser is seeking a Leads Qualifier to join our sales team onsite in Ortigas, Pasig. You will research prospects, perform email and LinkedIn outreach, and set qualified appointments for the sales team while maintaining an organized CRM pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a proactive, persistent attitude to overcome objections and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Leads Qualifier/Sales Development Representative.
• Self-disciplined, organized and ambitious with ability to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Proactive, persistent, and competitive with strong initiative.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient with ability to handle objections confidently.
• Excellent research and prospecting skills via web and social media.
• Proficient in email, LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willing to work onsite at Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential client prospects through web and social media research.
• Conduct email and LinkedIn outreac h to generate initial interest and schedule discovery calls.
• Connect with prospects to understand pain points, address concerns and overcome objections.
• Prepare prospect profile overviews including bio, LinkedIn, pain points and appointment details.
• Coach and follow up with prospects to ensure attendance at scheduled appointments.
• Identify ancillary stakeholders and gather relevant profile information.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate activity records using Zoho or Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed KPIs: appointments scheduled and completed, opportunities and deals from meetings.
