Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Approval and Verification Specialist to review support providers' profiles, verify documents, and ensure compliance with policies. You will engage via outbound calls, email, live chat, and SMS to guide providers through sign-up and registration.

The role emphasizes meeting KPIs, maintaining high-quality records in Salesforce, and upholding company values in a fast-paced on-site environment in Eastwood, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• College-level education.
• 1–2 years of continuous BPO experience.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Assessment: Must achieve the required minimum assessment score and pass the WriteX test.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review support providers' profiles and verify submitted documents.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist providers in completing sign-up and registration via outbound calls, email, live chat, and SMS.
• Identify and escalate trends in enquiries.
• Meet and exceed KPIs while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
