Qualifications

• College-level education.
• 1–2 years of continuous BPO experience.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Assessment: Must achieve the required minimum assessment score and pass the WriteX test.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive team player who can also work independently.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing support providers' profiles, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with Mable's policies and procedures. You will communicate with support providers through outbound calls, email, live chat, and SMS to assist them in completing the sign‑up and registration process.

Your responsibilities also include identifying and escalating trends in enquiries, meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining high‑quality standards, ensuring accurate record‑keeping in Salesforce, and adhering to all company values, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review support providers' profiles and verify submitted documents.

• Ensure compliance with Mable's policies and procedures.

• Assist support providers in completing the sign‑up and registration process through:

  • Outbound calls

  • Email

  • Live chat

  • SMS

• Identify and escalating trends in enquiries.

• Meet and exceed individual KPIs while maintaining quality standards.

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Salesforce.

• Adhere to all company values, policies, and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• College‑level education.

• At least 1–2 years of continuous BPO experience.

• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Assessment Requirement: Must achieve the required minimum assessment score and pass the WriteX test.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and call center tools.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Proactive team player with a sense of urgency who can also work independently.
