Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Approval and Verification Specialist to join our on‑site team in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will review providers’ profiles, verify documents, and ensure compliance with Mable policies while coordinating via calls, email, chat, and SMS to complete sign‑ups.

You will identify trends in inquiries, meet KPIs, and maintain accurate Salesforce records. A college‑level education and at least six months of BPO experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed role KPIs and daily tasks while maintaining quality.
• Ensure thorough and accurate record‑keeping in Salesforce.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required.
• Adhere to all company values, policies, and procedures.
