Job summary

PRIMELINE PRODUCTS PHILIPPINES INC. in Pasig is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Lead to manage daily tasks such as product uploads, content updates, stock monitoring and order processing.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Graphics, Inventory, and Customer Service to drive sales, analyze performance, optimize promotions and ensure a seamless shopping experience across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail.
• Experience with marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop is preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze sales data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ecommerce operations, ensuring timely product uploads, content updates, stock monitoring and order management.
• Supervise end-to-end campaign planning from ideation to post campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Graphics, Inventory and Customer Service to drive sales and KPI attainment.
• Monitor platform requirements, promotional mechanics and pricing strategies to optimize performance.
• Analyze online sales, traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and insights.
• Lead promotional strategies to boost product visibility and conversions.
• Manage ecommerce inventory allocation and align with internal stakeholders.
• Support initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Organize test-and-learn projects to drive online selling innovations.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the ecommerce admin team.

• Oversee daily ecommerce operations, ensuring timely execution of tasks such as product upload, content updates, stock monitoring and order management

• Supervise end to end campaign planning-from ideation, briefing and execution to post campaign analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Graphics, Inventory, Customer Service) to drive sales, meet KPI's and deliver a seamless shopping experience.

• Monitor platform-specific requirements, promotional mechanics and pricing strategies to optimize campaign performance

• Analyze online sales performance, traffic data and customer behavior to identify trends and actionable insights

• Lead the implementation of promotional strategies that enhance product visibility and maximize conversions

• Manage ecommerce inventory allocation and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders

• Support initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency

• Organize test and learn projects to drive innovation in online selling startegies

• Provide leadership and direction to the ecommerce admin team, including performance evaluation, training and coaching
