YOUR ROLE

As our E-Commerce Supervisor, you will oversee daily e-commerce operations, manage online sales activities, support marketplace performance, and lead the team in delivering an excellent online customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the daily operations of the company's e-commerce platforms and online stores.
• Monitor and drive online sales performance, revenue, and conversion.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory availability, and online merchandising.
• Monitor and optimize performance across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, customer concerns, and delivery issues.
• Ensure products are properly presented online with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and promotional information.
• Analyze sales reports and e-commerce metrics and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and sales events.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and marketplace activities.
• Lead and coach the e-commerce team to achieve assigned targets.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
• Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Support in livestream selling and other digital sales initiatives when needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience handling Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of online selling, marketplace operations, promotions, and digital customer experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable working with sales and inventory data.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to take ownership of results.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
