Job summary

La Chicae Curtain shop is seeking an E-Commerce Admin Supervisor to oversee day-to-day administration of online platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada. You will ensure listings, orders, inventory, and customer concerns are managed accurately to deliver a smooth customer experience.

You will supervise the E-Commerce Admin staff, coordinate with Warehouse, Marketing and Finance, prepare regular reports, and ensure compliance with platform requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in E-Commerce or online platform administration.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada preferred.
• Experience managing product listings, orders, inventory, promotions, and customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada accounts.
• Ensure product listings, prices, descriptions, photos, variations, and stocks are accurate.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Fulfillment, Production and other departments.
• Regularly check online inventory and coordinate with Inventory/Warehouse for stock updates.
• Monitor customer inquiries, reviews, chats, and concerns.
• Supervise daily activities of E-Commerce Admin staff.
• Prepare and submit regular E-Commerce reports to management.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Inventory, Production, Fulfillment, and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with platform rules and requirements.

The E-Commerce Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company's online selling platforms, including Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. The position ensures that product listings, orders, inventory, customer concerns, promotions, and platform requirements are properly managed and updated. The E-Commerce Admin Supervisor will also monitor the performance of the E-Commerce Admin team, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that online orders are processed accurately and on time to provide a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company's Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada accounts
• Ensure that product listings, prices, descriptions, photos, variations, and stocks are accurate and updated
• Monitor incoming orders and ensure proper processing within the required timeline
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Fulfillment, Production, and other concerned departments regarding order preparation
• Regularly check online product inventory and coordinate with the Inventory/Warehouse team for stock updates
• Monitor customer inquiries, reviews, chats, and concerns related to online orders
• Supervise and monitor the daily activities of E-Commerce Admin staff
• Prepare and submit regular E-Commerce reports to management
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Inventory, Production, Fulfillment, and Finance
• Ensure compliance with the rules, policies, and requirements of Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada

About you

• At least 1 year of experience in E-Commerce or online platform administration
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada is highly preferred
• Experience in managing product listings, orders, inventory, promotions, and customer concerns
• Experience supervising or coordinating with a team is an advantage
• Good computer skills, particularly in spreadsheets and online systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to learn and adapt to changes in online selling platforms
