Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist in Eastwood, Quezon City, to lead onboarding and implement enterprise customer accounts aligned with business objectives. You will develop scalable account structures and conduct keyword research, while configuring AI Search performance and analytics integrations (GA4, Adobe).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in implementation or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong English-language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience communicating directly with customers through phone or video conference.
• Ability to explain technical and strategic concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations and competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of complex projects.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, and operational workflows.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
• Onsite presence in Eastwood, Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of enterprise customer accounts with accurate configuration.
• Develop scalable account structures across business units, product lines, and markets.
• Conduct keyword research, categorization, page grouping, and competitive research.
• Configure AI Search Performance tracking including personas, topics, and prompts.
• Partner with customers to understand search strategy, reporting requirements, and priorities.
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot analytics integrations (GA4 and Adobe Analytics).
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate solutions with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain clear communication on progress, requirements, risks, and next steps.
• Create implementation plans, progress trackers, and documentation.
• Present research findings, account structure recommendations, and strategies to customers and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple enterprise implementations with timelines.
• Use AI tools to support research, documentation, QA, problem-solving, and process improvement.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate implementation processes.
