Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Sales Support Representative in Eastwood, Quezon City for onsite night shift. The role focuses on inputting financial data into software systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and supporting team workflows.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree (or equivalent), 1–3 years’ experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office/Outlook, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset. Competitive rewards and growth opportunities are offered.

• One to three years of experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Entering financial data into various software systems with speed and accuracy.
• Review data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information and correct as necessary.
• Ensure all job flows are completed in a timely manner and deadlines are met.
• Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of all financial data.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve any issues or questions that arise.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all data entry activities.
