Job summary

Private Advertiser in Biñan, Laguna is seeking an onboarding coordinator for its BPO operations. You will conduct orientation sessions, collect pre-employment documents, and coordinate IT/Facilities to ensure Day 1 readiness.

You will monitor onboarding progress, maintain high documentation accuracy, and hand over fully onboarded cohorts to Training and Operations teams. Excellent English, MS Office, and ATS/HRIS skills are required, with willingness to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/related field required.
• 1-2 years in HR, recruitment, or onboarding within a BPO/call center.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/HRIS experience.
• Excellent organization with attention to detail and deadline management.
• Willingness to work shifting or night shifts to align with client operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct orientation sessions for new BPO hires, introducing company culture, policies, and attendance guidelines.
• Collect, verify, and complete pre-employment requirements (government IDs, medical clearances, background checks).
• Coordinate with IT and Facilities to ensure workstation setups, log-in credentials, and equipment are ready prior to Day 1.
• Monitor candidate completion rates in the onboarding portal and resolve delays or missing documentation.
• Hand over fully onboarded cohorts to the Training and Operations teams.
