Job summary

Everise Philippines Ltd. is seeking a Specialist - Talent Acquisition Onboarding to support the Recruiting Team with onboarding tasks and administrative duties.

The role involves processing new hires, coordinating offers, and leveraging Workday for a smooth transition into the company. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year onboarding experience (call center preferred) or fresh graduates, with strong MS Office skills and a proactive, líder mindset.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year onboarding experience preferably in a call center environment
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• College Graduate
• Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel and Power Point
• Schedule flexibility
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% compliance of all new hires in submitting their requirements.
• Attend New Hire Orientation to extend hard copies of contracts and answer all queries of new hires.
• Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization using Workday.
• Prepare job offer letters and contracts.
• Facilitate the job offer discussion.
• Ensure to achieve 100% JO acceptance rate.
• Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/database.
