Job summary

GM Philippines Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Journey Analyst to deliver a consistent and candidate-centered onboarding experience for new hires in Manila. You will coordinate onboarding tasks across HR systems, IT, and hiring teams from offer through Day 1 readiness.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a high-volume environment across time zones.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
Experience in HR operations, onboarding, or case management.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

Manage onboarding cases from intake to resolution with clear documentation.
Support onboarding inquiries via case support, calls, chat, and email.
Provide timely, professional communication to candidates and partners.
Monitor progress across Workday, ServiceNow, Serval, HireRight, and related tools.
Review background checks and escalate issues per policy.
Update Workday with accurate onboarding and background-check outcomes.
Ensure Day 1 readiness and equipment/identity access coordination.
Identify delays and collaborate with teams to resolve onboarding timing.
