Job summary

General Motors Philippines is seeking an Onboarding Journey Analyst to deliver a consistent, candidate-centered onboarding experience. You will manage onboarding activities across HR systems and partner teams from offer to Day 1 readiness.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective case ownership, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and security. Hybrid night shift responsibilities include coordination with the Manila People Services Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, onboarding, background screening, or related service area.
• Strong attention to detail and handling confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with accurate record-keeping.
• Clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Willingness to learn HR and service-management systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and HireRight.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding cases from intake to resolution with accurate documentation.
• Provide timely updates to candidates, TA Partners, hiring managers, HR partners, and IT.
• Monitor progress across systems like Serval, ServiceNow, Workday, and HireRight.
• Coordinate background-check activities and escalate when needed.
• Ensure Day 1 readiness, identity/access steps, and equipment coordination.
• Maintain case notes and trackers for auditable handoffs and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements, knowledge updates, and hypercare support.
