Job summary

Hinduja Global Solutions in the Philippines is seeking an HR Operations Support specialist to handle inquiries, case management, onboarding tasks, and policy-driven transactions with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You will work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City on a graveyard shift, collaborating with HR teams to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to SLAs and privacy guidelines. Prior Workday and ServiceNow experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• College Level with at least 1 year of HR operations or shared services experience.
• Workday knowledge is a requirement.
• ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Preferred experience: Shared service / BPO environment.
• Average to excellent communications skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City doing Graveyard shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations Support across multiple channels and processes.
• Execute HR case management with proper documentation, routing, and timely resolution of cases.
• Support onboarding activities with accurate processing of requirements and timely completion of tasks.
• Provide end-to-end employee inquiry resolution on HR policies, benefits, processes, and records.
• Collaborate with HR teams, business units, and support functions to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
• Maintain service accuracy and adherence to HR guidelines, SLAs, and compliance standards.
