Job summary

The role uses ADP Workforce Now and Deltek Costpoint to maintain employee records and process personnel actions.

You will handle employee relations, inquiries, and documentation while ensuring strict confidentiality and adherence to U.S. and local employment laws.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and leave administration.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Deltek Costpoint for HR tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for policies, benefits, and employment matters.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with employee relations, PIPs, coaching, and separations.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Administer leave programs and benefits enrollments.
• Process personnel actions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
