GM Philippines Inc. is seeking a Spanish bilingual Data Management Analyst to support Workday data transactions during the night shift from Manila.

The role ensures accurate onboarding/offboarding, job changes, and benefits-related processing for North and Latin American populations, collaborating with HR partners in multiple regions. You will handle data validation, EIB uploads, and generate HR reports while upholding SLAs and quality standards, serving as the main Spanish-speaking contact for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish for stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work fixed night schedule aligned with North/South America hours
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in high-volume processing
• Effective written and verbal communication across geographies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Execute Workday tasks within SLA, including onboarding/offboarding, job/position changes, pay group assignments, government ID updates, service date edits, and IA/localization actions
• Monitor Workday inboxes and ServiceNow queues; process, route, or escalate cases
• Perform data validation and peer-checks to ensure accuracy and First Time Resolution (FTR)
• Support EIB uploads and mass data actions as directed
• Follow SOPs and Knowledge Articles; flag discrepancies for Team Leader review
• Support Benefits-related data tasks and coordinate with Benefits COE for North/Latin America
• Generate scheduled and ad hoc HR reports (manpower, absenteeism, overtime, headcount) and distribute to stakeholders
• Serve as primary Spanish-language contact for HR partners and employees in North/Latin America; process GDM transactions with PSC and local HR
• Support offboarding, onboarding, and lifecycle Workday tasks for NA/LA populations; adapt to regional requirements
• Communicate in Spanish to clarify task requirements and provide status updates
