Job summary

General Motors Philippines is seeking an Onboarding Journey Analyst to deliver a consistent, timely onboarding experience for new hires supported by the Manila People Services Center. You will manage operations across HR systems and coordinate from offer acceptance through background checks, identity readiness, equipment, and Day 1 preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Operations or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, onboarding, background screening, case management or related service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with HR and service-management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding cases from intake through resolution with accurate documentation.
• Support onboarding inquiries via case support, call, chat, email.
• Provide clear, professional communication to candidates, TA partners, hiring managers, HR partners, and support teams.
• Monitor onboarding progress across Serval, ServiceNow, Workday, HireRight, and related tools.
• Process and follow up on background-check activities, resolve missing information, escalate when needed.
• Update Workday and downstream onboarding actions based on process requirements.
• Monitor tasks related to identity, access, equipment, and Day 1 readiness.
• Investigate delays and coordinate with partners to drive resolution.
