Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking an Employee Experience & Onboarding Specialist to coordinate onboarding for new hires across multiple regions and functions. You will partner with HR, hiring managers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth, engaging start for new employees and connect them with our culture and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, communications or related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint and Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires across regions and functions.
• Partner with HR teams, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain onboarding calendars, SharePoint sites, and documentation.
• Create, update and distribute onboarding materials.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience.
• Support employee experience initiatives and related events and programs.
