Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, People Operations, or a similar role.
• MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage with employees and senior stakeholders.
• Strong ownership and execution skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A people-first mindset with a genuine passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing employee engagement initiatives, events, and cross-functional programs.
• Comfortable working with HR systems and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience and 90-day plan, including manager connects and IT setup.
• Lead New Hire Orientation and Week 1 integration.
• Plan company-wide Town Halls and cross-functional engagement initiatives.
• Maintain the HR policy repository and communicate key updates.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver smooth exits and transition processes.
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and gifting programs.
• Manage external vendors and partners for employee events and experiences.
