MicroSourcing in Manila, Philippines is seeking an Onboarding Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end pre-onboarding lifecycle, acting as the operational anchor from recruiter endorsement to handovers to People & Culture teams. You will manage the complete onboarding flow and ensure smooth transitions.

The role requires 4–6 years in HR operations or shared services, including 2 years in leadership, plus a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

Extensive familiarity with modern recruitment technology architecture, specifically automated pre-employment onboarding modules within platforms like Manatal.
Prior experience supervising corporate shared services or leading multi-tiered recruitment project coordination setups.
Advanced strategic communication and process-mapping capabilities to lead diverse teams successfully.

Responsibilities

Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete pre-onboarding lifecycle from endorsement to handover to HR teams.
Specialist Governance: Direct the onboarding specialist team to maintain metrics and process agility.
Friction Resolution: Identify bottlenecks and coordinate timely adjustments to reduce turnaround times.
Handoff Governance: Enforce handoff validation between Sourcing, Recruitment, and HR Shared Services.
