Job summary

Insight Global in the Philippines is seeking an Operational and Onboarding Supervisor to lead onboarding and credentialing activities, monitor performance, and drive client-facing projects in collaboration with US leadership.

You will manage background checks, health screenings, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery, mentoring staff, and maintaining high quality across delivery operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years BPO supervisory experience
• 1+ years direct coding audit experience; development and build for related client-facing reporting inpatient and outpatient preferred
• English proficiency, written and verbal
• Advanced computer skills
• Advanced Excel and reporting

Responsibilities

• Direct report to CQORM Leadership in US
• Assist in development plans and monitor progress against performance objectives
• Oversee staff performance within defined scope
• Lead internal and client-facing projects including hiring, training and oversight
• Manage a team responsible for onboarding & credentialing and ensure operational execution
• Initiate background checks and health screenings
• Schedule health screenings and monitor results per procedures
• Provide daily updates to Credentialing Coordinator on pending checks and searches
• Upload documents to candidate files in internal systems
• Follow escalation processes and meet defined KPIs and timelines
• Serve as SME in medical/payer coding & billing projects and provide support
• Act as escalation point for US leadership
• Office management in partnership with Philippine leaders
