Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, LLC is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to drive onboarding operations for National Accounts and executive programs. The role demands meticulous organization and clear communication within a fast-paced US-based environment.

Initial work setup is 100% onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati, with a potential hybrid arrangement after 90 days based on performance. You will manage screenings, background checks, I-9 verification, health assessments, and maintain accurate trackers and

Qualifications

• 1+ year in BPO or shared services.
• Experience supporting US-based operations.
• Experience with graveyard/night shift.
• Stable employment history with few short-term changes.
• Onboarding/HR or related admin experience is a plus.
• Experience as Virtual Assistant or high-volume processing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding requirements (drug screens, background checks, I-9, health assessments, medical testing, forms).
• Monitor onboarding progress and maintain trackers/reports.
• Provide timely status updates to recruiters and stakeholders.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, email, SMS, and Teams.
• Verify completeness and compliance of onboarding records.
• Handle multiple onboarding files and meet deadlines.
• Manage system access (passwords, IDs).
• Access/monitor work orders via SharePoint and internal systems.
• Coordinate schedules/meetings/virtual communications using Outlook/Teams.
