Job summary

Insight Global in Metro Manila is seeking a CQORM CSR to ensure healthcare workers are fully credentialed, compliant, and ready to start assignments. You will manage onboarding, verify licenses, coordinate background checks and screenings, and ensure all client and Joint Commission requirements are met.

You will partner with recruiters, account managers, and candidates, track progress, conduct final compliance reviews, and maintain accurate onboarding records to keep placements moving smoothly

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and credentialing requirements for healthcare consultants
• Review and verify licenses, certifications, and credentials
• Coordinate background checks and health screenings
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and Joint Commission standards
• Partner with recruiters, account managers, and healthcare candidates throughout onboarding
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate onboarding records
• Conduct final compliance reviews before clearing a consultant to start work
• Communicate daily with candidates and internal stakeholders to keep onboarding moving forward
