Job summary

Ingram Micro, a global technology leader, is seeking an Associate Professional, Technical Support to join the Sales Journey team in Manila. You will handle email and customer interactions, focusing on account activation, onboarding, and coordination with sellers and partners to drive revenue.

The ideal candidate has a background in sales support within tech, with strong Excel reporting skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work across shifting day and night schedules in a

Qualifications

College graduate of any course, or High School Diploma with at least 5 years of functional experience.
At least 4 years of BPO experience with onboarding new customers, renewals, and customer service.
Background in supply chain or IT distribution is highly preferred.
Experience with MS Excel for reporting and tracking.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Average to good English communication skills.
Willing to work shifting schedule (days and night shifts) and 10 days RTO per month.

Responsibilities

Provide email and customer support for account activation and onboarding.
Coordinate with sellers and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
Follow up on contracts to drive revenue and ensure timely processing.
Manage quote renewals for software/license renewals.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and customer experience.
