Responsibilities

• Process and verify customer orders accurately to meet delivery deadlines.
• Provide support to sales representatives and customer service in order management.
• Prepare quotes and assist with lead and order management for assigned accounts.
• Track data, generate reports on market conditions and sales results.
• Collaborate with management, reps and customers to resolve issues and improve processes.
