Job summary

Ingram Micro in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking an Associate Professional, Technical Support to join the Sales Journey team. The role focuses on email and customer interactions, onboarding new accounts, and coordinating with sellers and partners to ensure a smooth handover.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; or High School Diploma with 5+ years of functional experience.
• Must have at least 4 years BPO experience with onboarding new customers, renewals, customer service, or related roles.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is highly preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel for reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide email and customer support for account activation and onboarding.
• Coordinate with sellers and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
• Follow up on contracts to drive revenue and ensure timely processing.
• Manage quote renewals for software/license renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and customer experience.
