Job summary

Ingram Micro, a global technology leader, is seeking an Associate Professional, Technical Support to join the Sales Journey team in Manila. You will handle email and customer interactions, focusing on account activation, onboarding, and coordination with sellers and partners to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course, or High School Diploma with at least 5 years of functional experience.
• At least 4 years of BPO experience with onboarding new customers, renewals, and customer service.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is highly preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel for reporting and tracking.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Average to good English communication skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedule (days and night shifts) and 10 days RTO per month.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Professional, Technical Support to join our Sales Journey team. This role supports both email and customer interactions, focusing on account activation, onboarding, and coordination with sellers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales support or experience in sales-related functions, particularly within the tech industry.
