Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Professional, Technical Support to join our Sales Journey team. This role supports both email and customer interactions, focusing on account activation, onboarding, and coordination with sellers and partners.

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales support or experience in sales-related functions within the tech industry, with strong English communication and MS Excel reporting skills;

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; or High School Diploma (but should have at least 5 years functional experience)
• Must have at least 4 years BPO experience with Onboarding new customers, Renewals, Customer Service, or other related roles
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is highly preferred
• Experienced with MS Excel for reporting and tracking
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Average to Good English communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedule (dayshift & night shift) and 10 days RTO/monthly

Responsibilities

• Provide email and customer support for account activation and onboarding
• Coordinate with sellers and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and support
• Follow up on contracts to drive revenue and ensure timely processing
• Manage quote renewals for software/license renewals
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and customer experience
