Job summary

Century Properties Management, Inc. is seeking a Village Manager for Nasugbu, Batangas. The role oversees daily village administration, maintenance of roads and facilities, and coordination with homeowners, vendors, and the HOA to ensure a well-run community.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in property management, strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge. On-site work with occasional emergencies and community events is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in property management or village administration.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams, security, and contractors.
• Budgeting, procurement, preventive maintenance, and homeowner relations.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day village operations.
• Implement village policies and regulations.
• Maintain records, permits, contracts, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with homeowners, residents, contractors, and HOA.
• Supervise maintenance of roads, drainage, amenities and utilities.
• Prepare annual budgets and maintenance plans.
• Monitor security, safety, and incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with laws and HOA guidelines.
