You will lead village staff, handle lease-related tasks, coordinate repairs, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential property management or village management.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine residential leasing practices and property management regulations.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a team of staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, staff and management.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, expense management and reporting.
• Problem-solving skills for handling resident conflicts and operational issues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of maintenance and service.
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures or ability to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in property management software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential community, including maintenance, security, landscaping and waste management.
• Manage and supervise village staff, including maintenance personnel, security guards and administrative support.
• Collect rental payments, manage lease agreements and handle tenant communications regarding renewals and concerns.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs and improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of village operations, expenses and resident interactions.
• Respond promptly to resident complaints and resolve disputes.
• Prepare budgets and manage village operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
• Organise community events to foster resident relations and engagement.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
• Report to senior management on village performance and occupancy.
