We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, manage community and village affairs, and serve as the primary liaison for government agency transactions and compliance. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, strong administrative experience, and a professional, approachable demeanor to ensure seamless operations and positive stakeholder relations.
1. Government Liaison & Compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for local government units (LGUs), national agencies, and regulatory bodies.
Process, renew, and secure necessary government permits, licenses, clearances, and compliance documents in a timely manner.
Stay updated on relevant local ordinances, statutory requirements, and regulatory updates affecting village or administrative operations.
2. Village & Community Management
Oversee day-to-day residential or estate administration, address homeowner/tenant inquiries, and resolve community concerns promptly.
Supervise onsite personnel, security teams, and maintenance crews to maintain community standards, safety, and cleanliness.
Coordinate community meetings, board assemblies, and neighborhood engagement activities.
3. General Office & Administrative Management
Oversee day-to-day office functions, including record-keeping, filing systems, correspondence, and office supplies procurement.
Manage administrative budgets, track operational expenses, and process utility payments and vendor invoices.
Prepare routine administrative reports, official documentation, and executive summaries for management.
4. Stakeholder & Public Relations
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and approachable presence when dealing with residents, visitors, vendors, and government officials.
Manage conflict resolution and handle escalated complaints with diplomacy, tact, and confidentiality.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in administrative management, property/village management, or public relations.
Government Liaison Experience: Proven track record in processing permits and liaising with local government units (LGUs) and regulatory agencies.
Personality & Demeanor: Professional, polite, and approachable with a warm, customer-service-oriented disposition ("pleasing personality").
