Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong guest-service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with guests and staff.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations including banquet service and menu coordination.
• Experience in hiring, onboarding and training banquet staff.
• Previous banquet or event management in hotels/resorts preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management and organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Relevant education in Hospitality Management or related field.
