• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience post-qualification.

Responsibilities

• Planned, predictive and corrective works of building systems.
• Power down planning and execution.
• Quality assurance and monitoring of outsourced critical works vendors.
• Review maintenance/service practices of M&E contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Engineering regulatory compliance management for the portfolio of buildings.
• Incident management support including 24/7 on call for incidents.
• Support and assist installation, commissioning and programming of new office spaces.
• Prepare technical reports and participate in portfolio performance meetings.
• Governance of as-built drawings and OEM information.
• Manage MOPS/SOPS/EOPS and lifecycle asset management.
