Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Philippines is seeking a Lead Technician to provide technical leadership in maintaining building systems. The role oversees a team of technicians, ensures safety compliance, and sustain optimal building performance to support tenant satisfaction and asset value.

The position requires 5–7 years in building maintenance, 2–3 years in supervision, and strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, and CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities operations.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience with commercial building systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facilities maintenance operations and supervise technicians.
• Oversee safety standards and maintain building performance for tenants.
• Attend to general employee requests, set-up, minor repairs, AC adjustments.
• Inspect buildings for safety, plan and report major repair needs.
• Coordinate repairs with FM team or local contractors.
• Ensure timely response to work orders and KPI compliance.
• Provide site walkthroughs and document faults for rectification.

Education

Technical certification or associate degree

5-7 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities operations
