Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager for Work Dynamics. The role focuses on safety, a high-standard work environment, and front office operations.

You will coordinate with vendors, support meetings and VIP visits, and help drive team performance. Requirements include 5–7 years in facilities management and a degree in any discipline; hotel/building management qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline qualifies for this role.
• 5-7 years of experience in facilities management.
• Tertiary qualifications in hotel management, building management and/or business are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safer and more comfortable work environment for meetings, conferences, VIP visits.
• Plan and execute preparations for events, manage mailroom/front office and housekeeping.
• Perform daily checks around the front office and lobby to uphold high standards and coordinate with vendors for service issues.
• Review vendor services and coordinate with them to resolve issues and drive improvements.
