Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Technical Facilities Coordinator to manage on-site facilities operations in Mandaluyong, Philippines. You will oversee preventive and reactive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure health, safety and building performance standards are met.

You will lead a team, ensure service contracts are executed, monitor energy use and costs, and report on facility performance and budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general handyman tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional on-site facilities management and customer service.
• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance and manage work orders.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage service contracts and SLAs.
• Lead and train the facilities team for performance and growth.
• Maintain records, reports and adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations.
