Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an AM IT Security resource with a strong background in Network and Cyber Security to coordinate and support the IT Security Roadmap and security processes for IBEX assets.

You will oversee enterprise security operations, incident response activities, and threat-hunting initiatives, collaborating with Tier-2 and senior SOC teams to enhance detection and response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise security operations and SIEM management.
• Strong incident response leadership with containment and remediation guidance.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise security operations, monitoring security events, threats, and risks across infrastructure.
• Lead and guide incident response activities, ensuring timely investigation, escalation, containment, and resolution of security incidents.
• Review security incidents and provide strategic remediation recommendations to reduce risk.
• Enforce security baselines and hardening standards across networks and infrastructure components.
• Drive vulnerability management activities including assessment oversight, risk prioritization, and remediation tracking.
