Qualifications

• 3–5 years of nursing or healthcare experience.
• Experience in home health, skilled nursing, healthcare operations, quality assurance, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support central intake and new patient entry.
• Monitor nursing emails for patient updates, orders, and service changes.
• Assist with patient follow-ups, discharges, and clinical coordination.
• Support scheduling changes for skilled nursing.
• Review and maintain documentation accuracy and completeness.
