Optum is seeking an RN Supervisor in the Philippines to lead the nursing team, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance. The role offers shifts 7pm-4am or 3pm-12MN, with weekends off and US operations.

You will mentor Registered Nurses, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize MS Office tools. Required: nursing degree, critical care experience, supervisory background, and strong communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of critical care hospital experience (ICU/MS/ER/Gen-Med Recon, Adult care).
• 2+ years of supervisory BPO HC experience.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Proven strong communication skills.
• Computer literate with ISP ≥50 Mbps.
