Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of critical care hospital experience (ICU/MS/ER/Gen-Med Recon, Adult care).
• 2+ years of supervisory BPO HC experience.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Proven strong communication skills.
• Computer literate with ISP ≥50 Mbps.
