Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active license.
• 1–2 years nursing/healthcare experience preferred.
• BPO/healthcare account experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle healthcare-related inquiries from patients, members, providers, or clients via phone, email, or other channels.
• Provide accurate health information based on guidelines and procedures.
• Review medical records and clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with patient care coordination, referrals, and related processes.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, patients, and internal teams.
• Document interactions and patient information in the appropriate systems.
• Process healthcare requests, authorizations, claims, or documentation per account requirements.
• Elevate clinical or patient concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals or departments.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and data privacy, safeguarding confidential information.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer service metrics.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as required for the account.
• Participate in training and stay updated on processes and procedures.
