Job summary

Office Beacon LLC seeks an Onboarding Specialist to coordinate onboarding, compliance clearance, and scheduling for nursing and allied health students across hospital campuses. You will liaise with schools, instructors, and hospital leadership to ensure proper credentialing, clearances, and rotation readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, credentialing, or related roles.
• Experience handling high volumes of documentation with accuracy.
• Experience with scheduling, tracking, and deadline management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace; EMR familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical rotation requests and placement across campus networks.
• Lead onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes for students and instructors.
• Review credentialing documents and track required healthcare clearances.
• Submit system access requests and maintain onboarding records.
• Communicate status updates to Education Managers and clinical leaders.
