Job summary

KCC Malls is seeking an IT Hardware Support Specialist to diagnose and repair desktop, laptop, printer, CCTV, and POS equipment across its mall locations. You will perform preventive maintenance, assist with onboarding store technology and ensure minimal operational disruptions.

The role requires strong hardware knowledge, good communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff. Travel to sites will be necessary for on-site support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related computer course required.
• 1+ year of experience in hardware support or IT service.
• Proficient in hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiar with retail tech equipment and POS peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues on-site or remotely.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and POS devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor hardware performance.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and warranty claims as needed.
• Log incidents and maintain asset inventory; prepare technical reports.
