Job summary

GoTyme Bank is seeking a Kiosk Field Service Technician to provide timely on-site support for our kiosks. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, manage inventory, and perform scheduled maintenance to keep uptime high.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/engineering and 1+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking is preferred, with strong communication and team coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/engineering fields.
• 1+ years in IT/engineering roles with hardware, software and networking hands-on experience.
• Background in Telecommunications, Financial Services, or related industries preferred.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach; able to perform root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve on-site hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure kiosk consumables meet demand and manage parts inventory.
• Perform scheduled on-site maintenance (corrective & preventive).
• Assist in field software update deployments.
• Ensure kiosk uptime and SLA adherence on the assigned cluster.
