Qualifications

• College graduate or currently enrolled with at least 2 years of college and 6 months of customer service experience.
• Above-average English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent comprehension and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
