Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE) in a Healthcare account.
• B2 CEFR English proficiency or higher.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to healthcare services.
• Assist members with inquiries regarding coverage and claims.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining professionalism.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
