Qualifications

• Provides technical troubleshooting for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages and leads maintenance technicians, HVAC techs, and trade specialists.
• Oversees day-to-day maintenance across facilities, prioritizes work orders, and ensures timely, quality execution.
• Coordinates preventive maintenance per schedules and manufacturer requirements.
• Assists in safety program implementation and ensures compliance with safety policies.
