Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Mandaluyong, Philippines, is seeking a Technical Facilities Coordinator for the Work Dynamics Integrated Facility Management team. You will oversee on-site operations, coordinate maintenance, manage vendor relations, and support energy and safety performance across client sites.

You will work with the Facilities Manager to ensure service excellence, comply with health and safety standards, and develop practical plans for continuous improvement across facilities

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and vendor management skills.
• Experience in the built environment with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site facilities management and client service.
• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance requests.
• Maintain maintenance database and work orders.
• Supervise major works ensuring quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage quotes and SLAs.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Provide regular facility performance reports to management.
• Liaise with property owners, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and manage schedule for inspections.
• Respond to issues promptly and resolve them.
