Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of assigned facility through housekeeping management, pantry & concessionaire services, statutory/PEZA compliance.
• Supervise all contractors on-site to ensure they perform to the required standards and assist in compliance for environment, health, and safety procedures.
• Ensure building procedures and performance measures are maintained by conducting site inspections and assessments.
• Reports all major incidents, customer complaints, defective facilities & equipment within the facility.
• Oversee program to maintain site-level mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in accordance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with Building Admin management to minimize repairs and disruption of business operations.
• Oversee multi-skilled technicians for site upkeep and quick repairs to minimize downtime.
• Supervise subcontractors and third-party vendors; coordinate and plan service delivery.
• Schedule furniture maintenance for built-in cabinetry and furnishings; manage furniture-related services.
• Manage the food concessionaire operating within the Premises and ensure housekeeping aligns with tasks.
• Monitor operation and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure uptime.
